- Creation of 3D Conceptual Model for a preliminary design of PASSENGER DRONE outer structure along with its Rendered Images from input handmade sketches and some reference image.
- Design Engg of Positioning device fixture for Airbus panel - Design 3D part model as per manufacturing sequence of AIRBUS standards, Compared with input 3D model. Selected hardware & change part as per requirement, Color coding in 3D model as per different machining methods, Creation of 2D drawing, DXF Drawing & PDF and BOM
- 3D Conceptual Model for a preliminary design of PASSENGER DRONE structure and 3D Rendered Images creation from provided inputs, handmade sketches and some reference image.
- 3D CAD model development of Tail Wing from provided Surface model of the Tail Wing and also designed Tail Wing Assembly Fixture.
- Eexhausts Nozzle for an Aircraft Engine – Creation of parametric part models and make changes as per the fitments, create weldment structure of each component, Make assembly's and Sub-assembly models, as per the given degrees.
- Modifications of Linkage & Shaft as per the fitments, Modifications of Nozzle as per the manufacturing point of view and Created manufacturing and assembly 2D drawings along with dxf & BOM.
- Creation of 3D Model & exploded view of a Fighter plane pilot emergency ejector system’s piston system.
- Single Seater aircraft - Creation of 3D & 2D drawings of Landing Gear from provided Component drawings and Images
- Creation of 3D & 2D drawings of Oleo Strut landing gear from provided Component drawings and Images.
- Design Engg of Jig Fixture for SPM Drilling M/c for Aerospace industry considering of packaging & manufacturability feasibility. Also, we maintained standard colour codes in 3D as per manufacturing processes and we make manufacturing drawing as well.
