Current Opnings

1 to 3Yrs in end-to-end recruitment cycle – JD prep to onboarding. Source talent via Naukri, LinkedIn & social platforms. Handle onsite/offshore hiring requirements & ramp-up plans. Coordinate with clients & project teams for resource needs. Build & maintain strong client relationships (CRM). Manage MIS, HR & compliance data using Google Drive/OneDrive. Support HR functions – induction, payroll, leave & engagement. Oversee onsite project resources – timesheets, billing & invoicing. Develop new business opportunities through client visits & follow-ups. Ensure professional communication, reporting & admin support.

3-5 Yrs in 3D CAD Models, assemblies, 2D drawings, perform part & assembly design & development of Seat Structural components. Analyze & ensure manufacturability -tooling feasibility, assembly feasibility (DFA), design for manufacturing (DFM) with Sheet‑Metal operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards relevant to seating (Occupant Crash safety, FMVSS / ECE / Applicable local norms). Comprehensive knowledge of GD&T and related drafting standards.
2 to 4 Yrs. Core recruitment – Managing end to end recruitment process as per onsite & offshore projects requirements using Job portals, Linked in & other social networking sites. Managing General HR activity like designing JD for each position, Recruitment, joining formalities, Induction, Payroll Processing, Statutory Compliance, Compensation / Benefits, exit formality, Employee engagement, training programs & employee’s grievances etc. Updating & managing all HR & CRM data, compliances documentation, files & MIS reports/data etc. online using Google Drive / MS OneDrive on daily or on need basis
3 to 4 Yrs in Rotating & Static Equipment, skilled in AutoCAD, technical documentation, ERP & BOM management. Proficient in handling ERN/ECN, supplier coordination and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Purchase teams. Knowledge of pressure vessel design (IS, ASME, CE), induction motor selection, enclosures, and metallic fabrication adds strong technical advantage.
1- 4 Yrs in 2D–3D conversion, part & assembly drawings, and parametric 3D modeling using CATIA. Strong knowledge of machining, sheet metal, casting, fabrication, and manufacturing processes. SAP/ERP expertise will be added advantage.

2 to 4 years ofexpertise in designing skid‑mounted modular packages, encompassing equipment layout, piping systems, structural skid framing, instrumentation, and cable tray integration. Proficient in 3D CAD modeling and 2D drafting, detailing & BOM utilizing SolidWorks. Support the modeling process and subsequent generation of fabrication drawings
1 to 3 Yrs of industry experience, to create and review 3D part & assembly models in CAD software for Casting, Forging and machining components. Also, good knowledge of GD&T. Proficient in converting 2D drawings in AutoCAD/Creo/SolidWorks, drafting and subsequent assembly in CAD software for Industrial valves.
4 – 6 Yrs in designing Bus structure & Body. Proficient in 2D & 3D CAD and detailed schematic drawings for bus structures & Sheetmetal parts using Creo. Lead DFA, DFM, and DFS and actively participated in Reverse Engg. Prototype planning and assembly for new builds. Develop a seating configuration compliance with Standard guidelines. Designing Pneumatic and Hydraulic circuits for buses including air brake and suspension systems clutch assemblies. Should be able to co-ordinate with ARAI to execute FEA on the proto.
2 to 4 yrs of exp in Accounts with proficiency in Tally, MS word & excel. Experience in Accounting Transactions, Maintaining Ledgers, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Taxation, statutory compliances management and other accounts and Office administrations related activities. Coordination with HR, Sales team, Customers, Vendors & consultants for PO’s, invoicing, payments, payroll, compliance and related activities management.
